We are looking for a creative and energetic Videographer cum Video Editor to support our in-house marketing and brand communication requirements. The candidate will be responsible for shooting and editing engaging video content for social media, project sites, customer testimonials, corporate communications, events, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit videos for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, website, and paid digital campaigns.
- Capture high-quality footage at offices, solar project sites, customer locations, events, exhibitions, and employee activities.
- Create short-form videos, project progress videos, customer testimonials, brand films, leadership messages, and event highlights.
- Handle end-to-end production including camera setup, lighting, audio, framing, editing, colour correction, subtitles, music, transitions, and final exports.
- Create straightforward motion graphics, animated text, logo stings, lower-thirds, and branded video elements.
- Shoot professional photographs for projects, events, products, and social-media requirements when needed.
- Maintain organised folders for raw footage, edited videos, photographs, and final marketing assets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand briefs, plan shoots,



and deliver content within timelines.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, microphones, tripods, and gimbals.
- Proven experience in drone shooting; knowledge of safe drone operation and applicable permissions/compliance is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools will be an advantage.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, colour, sound, pacing, and social-media video trends.
- Ability to shoot and edit both vertical and landscape video formats.
- Willingness to travel for project-site shoots, customer visits, exhibitions, and company events.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma or degree in Visual Communication, Film Making, Media, Photography, Animation, or a related field preferred.
- A portfolio/showreel demonstrating videography, editing, short-form content, and drone footage is mandatory.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, construction, real estate, manufacturing, or B2B industries will be an added advantage.
