We’re looking for a creative Video Production & Editing Intern to help capture raw, powerful patient stories, highlight our tech, and build inspiring visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot On-Location Content: Capture high-quality video footage at our clinics—including patient transformation stories, fitting sessions, behind-the-scenes tech processes, and team highlights.

- Video Editing: Edit crisp, engaging short-form videos tailored for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, as well as longer-form patient testimonials and educational content.

- Post-Production: Handle color grading, audio cleanup, dynamic text/captions, cuts, transitions, and basic motion graphics.

- Content Brainstorming: Collaborate with the marketing team to turn raw ideas into compelling visual narratives that align with Instalimb’s brand voice.

- Asset Management: Organize and archive raw footage and project files efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, AI Tools) and familiarity with camera setups or modern smartphone videography.

- Storytelling Eye: Understanding of pacing, hook creation, shot framing, and visual storytelling for social media.





- Empathy & Respect: Ability to interact warmly and respectfully with patients during shoots.

- Initiative: Self-starter attitude with a strong drive to learn, iterate fast, and take ownership of video assets.

- Proficiency in spoken English

Bonus Points

- Knowledge with basic lighting setups and Rodex/external microphones.

- Human-interest, or social impact content.
