1. POSITION SUMMARY

Victory Cineworld is looking for a skilled and experienced Video Editor Trainer / Graphic Designer Trainer to join the Academic / Training Team.
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions.
- Teach professional video editing and graphic designing techniques.
- Provide hands-on training through real-world projects and assignments.
- Explain editing workflows, visual composition, typography, colour, transitions, effects, and motion graphics.
- Guide students in creating professional videos, social media content, advertisements, posters, thumbnails, and other creative materials.

1. SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

* Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW

Knowledge of Motion Graphics, Basic Animation, Colour Grading, Audio Editing, and Social Media Content Creation will be an added advantage.
1. REQUIRED SKILLS

* Strong knowledge of video editing and graphic designing.




- Excellent practical and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage students and classroom activities.
- Knowledge of current digital media and design trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Candidates with a Diploma, Degree, Certification, or relevant qualification in Graphic Designing, Video Editing, Animation, Multimedia, Film Making, Mass Communication, or a related field will be preferred.
1. EXPERIENCE

Required Experience: 2+ Years Candidates should have 2 or more years of relevant professional experience in Video Editing, Graphic Designing, Multimedia, Digital Media, or Training.

Candidates with prior teaching or training experience will be preferred.
