Video Editor — Travel Campaign & Awareness Program

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team full-time and lead post-production for our upcoming Travel Campaign and Awareness Program, running across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube. You'll turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, platform-native content that captures the spirit of travel and drives engagement for our awareness initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed) and YouTube (Shorts and long-form)
- Cut compelling travel campaign videos that highlight destinations, experiences, and storytelling
- Produce impactful videos for the awareness program that communicate key messages clearly and emotionally
- Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and color grading to match brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the content, social media, and marketing teams to align videos with campaign goals
- Adapt a single video into multiple formats/aspect ratios for different platforms
- Manage footage libraries, project files, and version control




- Stay current on platform trends (Meta and YouTube algorithm/format changes, trending edit styles)
- Meet campaign deadlines while maintaining high production quality

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio/reel required)
- Robust command of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Understanding of platform-specific best practices for Meta and YouTube content
- Experience editing travel, lifestyle, or brand campaign content is a strong plus
- Solid grasp of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and color correction
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with a creative team
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics/animation
- Basic videography or shooting experience
- Familiarity with social media analytics to inform editing decisions

Pay: ₹10,282.87 - ₹33,825.98 per month
