Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in Perambur.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, organizing media assets, and editing video content for marketing campaigns, project showcases, and corporate communications. Daily tasks include trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, audio, graphics, and subtitles, and ensuring brand consistency across all video outputs. The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing, sales, and project teams to understand requirements, refine storyboards, and deliver engaging visual content within deadlines.

Editor will also optimize video formats for different platforms and maintain an organized archive of completed and in-progress projects.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and familiarity with basic motion graphics tools.
- Skills in visual storytelling, shot selection, pacing, and audio-visual synchronization to create engaging and clear narratives.
- Understanding of video formats, compression, color correction, sound editing, and export settings suitable for web and social media platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret creative briefs, and incorporate feedback while meeting project timelines.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills for managing multiple projects, and a structured approach to file management and backups.
- Previous experience in real estate, architecture, or related fields is an advantage, along with a portfolio showcasing relevant video work.
- Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Visual Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Perambur and flexibility to support occasional extended hours during key project phases.
