Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Perambur, Chennai.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for marketing campaigns, property showcases, social media, and corporate communications. Daily tasks include trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, sound effects, and music, as well as incorporating graphics, text, and animations to enhance storytelling. The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, maintain brand consistency, and optimize videos for different digital platforms.

Editor will also manage file organization, maintain an efficient workflow, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics, basic animation, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
- Candidates should possess skills in audio editing, sound design, and music synchronization to produce transparent and engaging videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in visual storytelling, composition, and an eye for detail to maintain high production standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in collaborating with creative, marketing, and sales teams, and incorporating feedback effectively.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media and digital marketing trends to tailor content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Candidates should possess strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle video content is an advantage; a diploma or degree in media, film, communications, or a related field is preferred.
