Role Description The Video Editor role at Solanki Developers is a full-time, in office position based in Thane.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos that showcase projects, property features, and brand stories across digital platforms. Daily tasks include assembling clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, applying color grading, and incorporating motion graphics or titles to create engaging visual content. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, maintaining brand consistency, and preparing video assets optimized for social media, websites,



and presentations.

The Video

Editor is expected to manage multiple projects, organize media files, and meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience transforming raw footage into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain consistent look and feel.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to support branding, titles, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and compression for web, social media, and presentation use.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or construction-related visual content is an advantage.
