About: Sadhna.co is a premium bambooless, charcoal-free incense brand (D2C + Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart). We run high-volume Meta ad creative production - fully AI-generated, no shoots, no actors.
What you'll do:
- Produce finished Meta video ads per from scripts and AI-generated footage (Higgsfield and similar tools)
- Edit for direct-response pacing: robust 2–5 second hooks, tight bridges, mobile-first 9:16 and 4:5
- Make AI footage look natural and premium — polish lighting, motion, transitions so it doesn't read as AI
- Add Hindi/Hinglish supers and captions with clean typography matching brand guidelines
- Iterate fast on data: rework hooks and cuts based on hook rate and hold metrics from Ads Manager
- Work with the graphics team and performance marketer (you) daily
Must-haves:
- 1–3 years editing short-form ad or social content (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut Pro)
- Comfort with AI video tools, or clear willingness to learn fast
- Hindi fluency — most of our ad copy is Hindi-first
- Portfolio of ad-style edits, not just cinematic reels
Nice-to-haves: D2C brand or agency experience, basic motion graphics, sound design sense.
