We're MRP Shop, building tools that help Indian restaurants keep their customers coming back. Now we're building our video game — and we need an editor who makes people stop scrolling.

What you'll do:

- Turn raw talking-head footage into snappy, scroll-stopping Reels
- Cut the boring bits, keep the punch (dead air is the enemy)
- Edit captions like a pro — timed right, styled clean, zero typos. If a misspelled caption makes your eye twitch, we're already friends.
- Add clean color grading and simple visual polish

What we need from you:

- Real experience editing short-form video (not "I watched a tutorial once")
- Reliable skill with captions — this is non-negotiable. Bad captions kill Reels.
- A sense of pacing and hook — you know why the first 3 seconds decide everything
- You work fast, hit deadlines, and don't need hand-holding

To apply: Don't send a boring "I am interested" message. Send us your best work — 2-3 videos you've actually edited (bonus points if they've got great captions). Show, don't tell.

If your edits make us go "damn, that's clean" — you're in.
