Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end post-production, including assembling raw footage, cutting and arranging clips, refining pacing, and ensuring smooth narrative flow. Daily responsibilities include applying color grading, working with motion graphics and basic visual effects, and integrating audio elements such as music, voiceovers, and sound effects. The role also involves collaborating with directors, producers, and marketing teams to understand project objectives, adapt edits to feedback, and deliver content optimized for different channels and formats.

Editor will maintain organized project files, adhere to deadlines,



and help uphold Limelite’s visual standards and brand consistency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage, timelines, and post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, overlays, and simple visual effects.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of framing, pacing, and audio-visual synchronization.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to respond constructively to feedback and work within a production team.
- Candidates should possess good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
- Prior experience in marketing, promotion, or cinematic projects, and a portfolio showcasing completed video work, is highly preferred.**
