Role Description This is a full-time Video Editor role in a hybrid work model, based in Jodhpur with flexibility for some work-from-home.

The Video

Editor will conceptualize, edit, and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, product education, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, applying transitions and effects, performing color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to interpret briefs, refine scripts, select music and voice-overs,



and deliver videos optimized for various digital platforms.

The Video

Editor will also maintain organized project files, adhere to timelines, and continuously explore new video trends and techniques relevant to Ayurvedic and wellness audiences.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling raw footage, timelines, and export formats.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, appealing visuals that align with brand aesthetics.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating intros, lower thirds, product highlights, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalents).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, and audio-visual synchronization, with attention to detail and quality.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and their video formats and best practices.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in Ayurveda, wellness, and healthcare content, with openness to learning product and domain knowledge.
