You will own short-form video for GrowthX taking interviews, sessions, and BTS into reels and shorts that build the brand and grow the community.
Responsibilities
- Edit 10+ shorts/reels per week across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Develop a consistent visual language for GrowthX shorts
- Collaborate with content and community on hooks, scripts, and pacing
- Track performance and iterate on what is working
Requirements
- Freshers welcome a strong portfolio of short-form edits matters more than years of experience
- Solid sense of pacing, hook-writing,
and platform-native style
- Fluent in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro
- A reel that proves you can hold attention past 3 seconds
Bonus Points
- Motion graphics / After Effects chops
- You have grown a creator channel and have the numbers to show for it
