Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Gurugram.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing video content for social media, campaigns, and platform-related initiatives, ensuring that all outputs align with MyWall’s brand voice and visual standards. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, assembling and trimming clips, applying transitions and effects, and collaborating with creators and internal teams to refine storylines and visual narratives. The role also involves enhancing videos through color correction, simple motion graphics, and visual elements that improve engagement, as well as preparing content in multiple formats and aspect ratios for various digital channels.

Editor will work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand video content on tight timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including organizing footage, assembling timelines, and exporting for multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual style, mood, and quality across all content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, overlays, intros, outros, and simple animated elements that enhance storytelling.
- Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Candidates should demonstrate strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of content tailored for social media and digital platforms.
- Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in digital content creation, influencer marketing, or creator-focused platforms is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
