We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who understands social media, not just editing software.

You’ll be responsible for turning raw footage into engaging Instagram Reels, promotional videos, brand content and short-form social media videos for our clients.

We need someone who understands pacing, hooks, storytelling, music, trends and visual communication — someone who can make a 20-second video feel worth watching.

Key Responsibilities

Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and promotional content.

Work with raw footage and turn it into engaging, polished content.

Create strong openings/hooks within the first few seconds.

Add appropriate transitions, text, subtitles, sound effects and music.

Maintain each client’s visual identity and style.

Adapt videos according to different brands, audiences and content objectives.

Work closely with the content and creative team to execute ideas.

Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.

Stay updated with current Instagram/Reels editing styles, formats and trends.

Take feedback positively and make revisions quickly.

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of short-form content and social media.





Good sense of timing, pacing, music and storytelling.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut / CapCut or equivalent.

Basic understanding of colour correction, sound design and typography.

Ability to edit both talking-head and cinematic/product-based content.

Creative eye and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Previous agency or social-media experience is a plus.

The Ideal Candidate

You don't need to be the person who knows the most editing tricks.

You need to be someone who can watch a raw clip and think:

“How do I make someone stop scrolling?”
