Role Description The Video Editor role at Hornet Dynamics is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end video production activities, including organizing raw footage, editing videos, and assembling visual and audio elements into polished content for marketing, product demos, social media, and other digital channels. Daily tasks include applying color grading, creating and integrating motion graphics, and collaborating with designers and marketers to maintain brand consistency and meet project objectives. The role also involves optimizing video formats for different platforms, managing media assets, and staying current with editing trends and tools to continually improve video quality.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing,



with experience managing projects from raw footage to final delivery.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality aesthetics across all video content.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
- Hands-on experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Solid understanding of sound design, basic audio editing, and video formats for web and social media platforms.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines and project timelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and developers.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an IT, digital agency, or tech-focused environment is an advantage.
