Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, professional, and visually compelling content. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, colour correction, and current social-media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for social media, advertisements, YouTube, corporate projects, and promotional campaigns.
- Organize and manage raw footage, audio files, graphics, and other project assets.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
- Perform basic colour correction, colour grading, audio balancing, and noise reduction.
- Collaborate with directors, content creators, and the marketing team.
- Follow creative briefs, brand guidelines, and project deadlines.
- Create videos in multiple formats, including 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
- Review completed videos and make revisions based on feedback.
- Maintain organized project files and backups.
- Stay updated with editing techniques, platform trends, and visual styles.

Required Skills




- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
- Strong understanding of composition, pacing, continuity, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of colour correction and audio editing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Film Production, Media, Animation, or a related field.
- Experience editing reels, advertisements, music videos, or cinematic content.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted video and image tools is an advantage.
