We are expanding our production team and looking for a smart, hyper-efficient Video Editor who doesn't just use traditional timelines, but actively leverages AI and modern workflow hacks to deliver top-tier work ahead of schedule.
Job Role & Responsibilities
We are not looking for a traditional editor who takes days to slice a clip. We need a modern, tech-savvy creator who works smart. Your primary focus will be optimizing the editing pipeline to deliver engaging marketing videos on time.
- Fast-Paced Editing: Edit engaging short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form video campaigns.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools to generate high-quality AI videos, dynamic AI avatars, and seamless AI voiceovers.
- Workflow Automation: Apply advanced After Effects and Premiere Pro plugins to eliminate tedious manual work and dramatically accelerate delivery times.
- Problem Solving: Act as an independent troubleshooter. If a render fails, an asset is missing, or an audio track is muddy,
you find a smart solution quickly without missing a deadline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional video editing experience (agency background preferred).
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- AI Tool Competency: Proven ability to generate assets using AI video tools (e.g., Google Flow, Freepik AI) and AI voice/cloning tools (e.g., ElevenLabs).
- Work Style: Exceptionally organized, efficient, deadline-driven, and possesses a sharp analytical mind for technical troubleshooting.
