About MudcyMudcy is a Shopify CRO and development agency working with quick-growing D2C brands across beauty, fragrance, fashion, and lifestyle. We're looking for a creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can produce high-performing content for influencer campaigns, social media, paid ads, and eCommerce.

What You'll Do

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads.
- Create engaging ad creatives for D2C brands.
- Edit influencer-generated content (UGC) into high-converting advertisements.
- Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create product launch creatives, sale banners, and promotional assets.
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and animations.
- Design thumbnails, story creatives, carousel posts, and static advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing, influencer, and CRO teams to execute campaigns.




- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and viral content formats.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form content and graphic design work.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Canva
- Figma (preferred)
- CapCut (preferred)
- Understanding of D2C marketing and performance creatives.
- Experience working with influencer content and UGC is a plus.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, typography, and design aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have
- Experience creating Meta and TikTok ad creatives.
- Motion graphics and basic 2D animation skills.
- Experience with Shopify or eCommerce brands.
- Basic photography or videography knowledge.
- AI editing tools (Runway, Descript, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
