Job Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor (Motion Graphics) who can transform ideas and scripts into engaging visual stories. The ideal candidate should be skilled in animation, motion graphics, and video editing, with the ability to independently visualize concepts and deliver high-quality outputs aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and create engaging motion graphics for corporate videos, eLearning modules, websites, marketing demos, and digital campaigns.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and animation plans for motion graphic projects.
- Create and deliver motion graphics for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Select appropriate audio, video clips, color palettes, and animation styles.
- Edit raw video footage and enhance it with motion graphics and visual effects.
- Work closely with editors, producers, and designers to resolve technical or creative challenges.
- Assist in storyboard creation and participate in brainstorming sessions.




- Research current design trends and animation techniques to improve output quality.
- Maintain best practices for version control, file naming conventions, and organization.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with company brand guidelines and design standards.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong ability to design modern and unique animation assets.
- Skilled in animation and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- (Adobe Flash is a plus)
- Ability to independently visualize concepts from scripts.
- Experience working on Explainer Videos, Whiteboard Animations, etc.
- Willingness to experiment with new formats, styles, and storytelling structures.
- Creative, dedicated, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Good to Have
- Portfolio showcasing explainer videos, corporate videos, and motion graphics projects.
- Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing or production environment.
