Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, skilled and detail-oriented Editor to join our AI Division – The Quick Craft. The Editor will be responsible for transforming raw footage, AI-generated assets, graphics and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality videos for brands, businesses and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, brands and digital campaigns.
- Work on both AI-generated and traditionally produced video content.
- Edit reels, ad films, promotional videos, product videos, corporate films and other digital content.
- Understand creative briefs and develop strong visual storytelling through editing.
- Select and arrange footage, music, sound effects, graphics, transitions and visual effects.




- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with creative directors, filmmakers, designers, AI teams and marketing teams.
- Add subtitles, captions, motion graphics, animations and other post-production elements as required.
- Maintain consistency in pacing, visual quality, storytelling and brand aesthetics.
- Handle client and internal feedback and make revisions efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Organize project files, footage, assets and final exports properly.
- Stay updated with current editing styles, social media trends, filmmaking techniques and AI-powered video tools.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the overall quality and impact of video content.

Desired profile of the candidate

- 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing or post-production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools are an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, transitions, music and sound design.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, basic animation and visual effects is an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media formats, trends, aspect ratios and content styles.
- Familiarity with AI video-generation and AI-assisted editing tools is a plus.
- Solid creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with creative teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio / showreel demonstrating editing skills is preferred.
