About the Role

We are looking for an agile, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in generative AI tools.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, fast-turnaround visual assets, including high-retention Reels, short-form videos, ad creatives, static social media designs, carousels, banners, and thumbnails.

You will work closely with the creative and content teams to develop engaging visual content using modern design software and AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing & Motion Graphics

Edit high-impact short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives.

Edit and produce long-form YouTube content.

Handle video cutting, pacing, colour grading, sound design, and transitions.

Create animated titles, lower-thirds, motion graphics, and visual effects.

Optimise videos for different social media platforms and formats.

- Graphic Design

Design static social media creatives, carousels, ad banners, posters, and promotional content.

Create engaging and visually appealing YouTube thumbnails.

Maintain consistency with individual brand identities and visual guidelines.

Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and content requirements.

- AI Tool Integration

Use generative AI tools to enhance and speed up creative production workflows.

Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, and Sora.

Create AI-generated images and videos using effective prompting techniques.

Use AI for image expansion, visual ideation, script refinement, concept development, and rapid content creation.





Stay updated with emerging AI tools and creative technologies.

- Production & Collaboration

Assist with in-house photo and video shoots when required.

Collaborate with content strategists, social media managers, and other creative team members.

Understand client requirements and implement feedback accurately.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency workplace.

Maintain organised files, project versions, and creative assets for smooth workflow and version control.

Requirements & Skills

Experience

2–3 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.

Experience working in a digital marketing agency, D2C brand, or digital media environment is preferred.

Solid understanding of social media content and current visual trends.

Software Skills

Strong proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

AI Skills

Practical experience using generative AI tools for image and video creation.

Strong prompting and creative ideation skills.

Ability to integrate AI tools into day-to-day production workflows.

Portfolio

Must have an active portfolio or showreel.

Portfolio should demonstrate

AI-generated creative work
