Role Overview We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Content Creator who will be responsible for creating engaging content around the company's events, campaigns, activities, and brand initiatives.

The role will focus on event content creation, video editing, social media visibility, and building the company's presence in the EdTech market.

Key Responsibilities

- Cover and create video content for company events, webinars, workshops, campaigns, and other activities.
- Shoot and edit Reels, short videos, event highlights, interviews, promotional videos, and social media content.

Plan and create pre-event, during-event, and post-event content to maximize visibility.

- Manage the complete video content lifecycle—from content idea and shooting to editing and publishing.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Follow current social media trends and develop content that can improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain a consistent digital presence for the company through regular and relevant content.
- Research EdTech trends, competitors, industry events, and relevant topics to create market-focused content.
- Develop content that increases awareness of the company's brand, products,



services, and initiatives within the EdTech ecosystem.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Business teams to understand campaigns and convert them into engaging digital content.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve views, engagement, followers, and overall reach.

Required Skills

- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn content, and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of shooting, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage event-based and quick-turnaround content.
- Knowledge of the EdTech / education industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
