We are looking for a creative, fast, and newsroom-ready Video Editor who can transform news stories into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and long-form videos. The ideal candidate should understand current trends, rapid-paced editing, motion graphics, and storytelling for digital news.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit daily breaking news reels (30 seconds – 90 seconds) for Instagram and YouTube Shorts.

- Edit long-form YouTube videos (5–15 minutes), explainers, interviews, and podcasts.

- Create engaging Instagram Stories, News Cards, and Vertical Videos (9:16).

- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background music, and motion graphics.

- Create thumbnail-ready frames and viral hooks within the first 3–5 seconds.

- Sync visuals with voiceovers and news scripts.

- Use stock footage, B-roll, maps, screenshots, and graphics where required.





- Coordinate with the content and social media team for daily publishing deadlines.

- Deliver videos within tight newsroom timelines without compromising quality.

Editing Software

- Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory)

- After Effects (Mandatory – Basic Motion Graphics)

- CapCut Pro (Preferred)

- DaVinci Resolve (Optional)

- Photoshop / Canva (Basic Thumbnail Editing)

Technical Skills

- Vertical video editing (9:16).

- Motion graphics and kinetic typography.

- Color correction and audio enhancement.

- Subtitle creation (English & Hindi).

- Fast-paced cuts and viral reel editing.

- Understanding of copyright-safe music and stock footage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
