Hiring Junior Vide Editor & Video Editor Interns

Role & responsibilities

- Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, clips) and long-form YouTube videos (10 to 25 minutes) across multiple channels and client projects
- Translate raw footage into hook-first, platform-native videos that hold attention and drive action.
- Select and cut B-roll, sync audio, add captions, transitions, and lower thirds aligned to each channel's visual identity
- Perform color correction, grading, and basic audio mixing for broadcast-quality output
- Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts, Reels, and social clips for multi-platform distribution
- Manage raw footage, maintain organized project files, and meet hard delivery deadlines
- Incorporate feedback fast, iterate without ego, and improve with every edit

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have

- If you are experienced more than 6 Months then you must have hands on video editing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro mandatory
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for basic motion graphics and text animations
- Understanding of what makes a YouTube video retain attention pacing hook structure, cut timing.




- Comfort editing Telugu and English-language content.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad (In-office role)

Good to Have
- Experience with CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
- Prior work on any active YouTube channel
- Exposure to podcast or interview-format video editing
- Basic understanding of thumbnail composition
