We are looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor to create engaging, high-retention content for social media and brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, talking-head, promotional, and brand videos.
- Create solid hooks and edit for storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention.
- Handle cutting, B-roll selection, captions, sound design, SFX, music, colour grading, and motion graphics.
- Use speed ramping, kinetic typography, keyframing, masking, tracking, transitions, and basic VFX.
- Independently make creative decisions to improve the quality and performance of each video.
- Stay updated with social media trends and emerging editing techniques.

Requirements
- Adobe Premiere Pro – Mandatory
- Adobe After Effects – Preferred
- Strong editing, storytelling,



pacing, and retention skills.
- Good understanding of B-roll, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Portfolio/Showreel required.
- AI video/editing tool experience is a strong advantage.

Good to Have DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Audition, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, ElevenLabs, Firefly, Topaz, OpusClip, Descript, or HeyGen.

Priority: Portfolio & Editing Ability → Storytelling & Retention → Creativity → Speed → Technical Skills → AI Knowledge.
