Role Objective

· Turn raw footage and creative briefs into polished, engaging video content while using AI tools to improve speed, quality and creative possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts and long-form YouTube videos.

· Create strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, graphics, sound design and visual storytelling.

· Edit product demos, interviews, testimonials, educational videos and campaign content.

· Clean and improve audio/video where required.

· Create platform-appropriate versions and formats.

· Use AI video-generation and AI-assisted editing tools as part of the regular workflow.

· Create or enhance AI-generated video elements when appropriate.

· Experiment with new AI tools and workflows that improve production speed or creative quality.

· Collaborate with Content Strategists, presenters and the photographer-videographer.

· Maintain organized project files and reusable editing assets.

· Take feedback quickly and deliver revisions within deadlines.





Required Skills

· Robust video editing skills.

· Excellent understanding of pacing and short-form content.

· Knowledge of professional editing software.

· Strong understanding of social-media video formats.

· Practical experience with AI video tools is required.

· Ability to learn new AI tools quickly.

· Motion graphics, captions and basic visual effects skills are preferred.

· Editing quality and consistency.

· Turnaround time.

· Low avoidable revision rate.

· Output volume without compromising quality.

· Effective use of AI to improve speed and creativity.
