Technoglobe Siliguri is looking for a skilled Video Editing & AI Trainer to join our team at City Centre, Siliguri.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in video editing, post-production, audio editing, motion graphics and VFX, along with the ability to explain concepts clearly and guide students through practical projects.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering classroom training as well as contributing to Technoglobe Siliguri's video and digital content requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical classroom training in Video Editing and Post-Production.
- Train students in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Audition.
- Teach editing workflows including cutting, trimming, transitions, effects, titles, captions, audio synchronization and media management.
- Train students in color correction, color grading, multicamera editing, keyframing, masking, stabilization and green-screen workflows, as covered in the course syllabus.
- Teach motion graphics and VFX, including text animation, motion tracking, rotoscoping, compositing, 3D layers, cameras and rendering.
- Teach audio editing and sound-design fundamentals using Adobe Audition, including noise reduction, EQ, compression, multitrack editing, mixing and mastering.
- Introduce students to AI-assisted creative workflows, including prompting, text-to-image generation, text-to-video generation, ChatGPT, Gemini and PixVerse, in accordance with the course curriculum.
- Guide students through practical assignments and portfolio projects.
- Help students create short films, advertisements, reels, YouTube videos, motion graphics, VFX composites and sound-design projects.
- Review student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist with assessments, projects and portfolio development.
- Keep training material and practical exercises aligned with current editing and creative workflows.
- Create and edit Technoglobe Siliguri reels,



promotional videos, event videos, advertisements and social media content when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional hands-on experience in video editing, post-production or a closely related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Practical knowledge of Adobe Audition and audio editing.
- Understanding of motion graphics, VFX and post-production workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and video-production workflows.
- Solid verbal communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students with different levels of experience.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and guide students through projects.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant degree, diploma or professional certification is preferred, but practical skills, professional experience and portfolio quality will be given greater importance.
- Portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
