Department: Corporate Finance

Tasks :

- Lead corporate finance, strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management across the Company.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow management, capital structuring, taxation, GST and statutory financial compliances, ensuring effective financial controls.
- Drive financial reporting, audit coordination and compliance, ensuring accuracy, transparency and adherence to applicable laws, regulations and accounting standards.
- Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to the Management and Board, including analysis of business performance, financial trends, investments and major corporate initiatives.
- Strengthen financial governance, risk management and internal controls, identifying financial risks and implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
- Monitor key financial and business performance metrics and drive initiatives for improved profitability, financial efficiency, sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Requirements Maximum Age: 50 years as on 01.08.2026

The upper age limit can be further relaxed subject to equivalent years of excess post qualification experience prescribed (Documents proving excess years of experience may be uploaded). However,



the maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 55 years.

Scale of Pay: Rs.100000 - 260000

Gross Salary: Rs. 210700(Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Annual CTC: Rs.30.70 lakh plus Performance Related Pay as per Govt. guidelines, if applicable (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:

Essential: CA / CMA

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, accounts finalisation, budgeting, taxation, GST, treasury and fund management, statutory compliance, audit management, financial reporting, risk management, SAP Finance and financial governance.

Candidates from CPSUs shall be holding posts in the scale of pay of Rs.90000 - 240000 (Revised 2017 Scale) / Rs.36600 - 62000 (pre-revised 2007 scale) for a minimum period of two years.

Desirable: Experience in a large organization or CPSE in leadership roles, including exposure to Board-level financial matters, capital structuring, banking and lender relationships, enterprise risk oversight and Government reporting requirements.
