ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Vendor Quality qualified who will be responsible for managing and improving garment quality at the vendor level. You will primarily focus on Inline Quality Control and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI), while working closely with our vendor partners, NPD, and Sourcing teams to ensure garments are produced as per SAADAA's defined quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who has strong technical knowledge of garments and garment construction, enjoys solving quality problems at the root cause, and takes ownership of building stronger quality systems and capabilities across vendor factories.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

- Manage Inline QC and PDI processes at vendor factories to ensure garments meet SAADAA's defined quality standards.
- Identify quality issues during production and drive corrective and preventive actions with vendors.
- Work closely with NPD and Sourcing teams to ensure products are manufactured as per approved samples, specifications, and quality expectations.
- Review QC booklets and ensure all quality checkpoints and standards are clearly understood and followed by vendors.
- Conduct vendor capability audits to evaluate manufacturing, technical,



and quality capabilities.
- Support vendor onboarding from a quality and capability perspective.
- Train and upskill vendor QC teams and factory teams on garment quality standards, inspection processes, workmanship, and common quality issues.
- Train and develop internal team members to strengthen their technical and quality capabilities.
- Analyse recurring quality issues, identify root causes, and work with vendors to implement sustainable improvements.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, defect analysis, vendor performance reports, and other quality-related MIS.
- Present quality analysis and improvement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
- Track vendor quality performance and ensure timely closure of quality-related issues.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve quality processes, vendor capabilities, and overall garment quality.

WHO YOU ARE

- 5+ years of experience in garment/apparel quality, preferably in vendor quality management.
- Strong technical understanding of garments and apparel manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, workmanship, measurements, and finishing standards.
- Hands-on experience in Inline QC and PDI/Final Inspection.
- Experience working directly with garment vendors and factory teams.




- Strong vendor management and relationship management skills.
- Experience in training and upskilling vendor QC and factory teams.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection processes and defect identification.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to maintain and analyse quality reports.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Strong ownership and ability to independently drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Transparent communication and ability to collaborate effectively with NPD, Sourcing, vendors, and internal teams.
- Curious to learn, improve processes, and continuously raise the quality standards of our products.
