We are a specialized construction contracting company engaged in Interior Finishing, Retrofitting & Renovation, Expansion Joint Works, and Corporate Waterproofing projects across commercial, residential, corporate, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new vendors and subcontractors for various construction works.

Maintain and expand a strong network of contractors/subcontractors.

Source quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize commercial terms.

Manage subcontractor work orders, agreements, and contracts.

Coordinate with project/site teams and subcontractors for work requirements.

Monitor subcontractor performance and contractual commitments.

Maintain vendor records and support resolution of commercial issues.

Candidate Profile

Education:



10th / 12th / Graduate in any stream.

Experience in Vendor Management, Subcontractor Management, Procurement, or Construction Contracting will be preferred.

Candidates having an existing network of contractors/subcontractors in Interior Finishing, Retrofitting, Waterproofing, Expansion Joint, Civil & Finishing works are highly preferred.

Positive communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
