Role Definition:

This role is for a senior/mid-level skilled.

Candidate will need own of one or more products and ensure all designs created meet usability objectives. He/She will need to gather requirements, do competitor analysis and develop product roadmaps. Conducting usability studies and putting together detailed,



structured analysis of issues and potential solutions will be a regular task.

Candidate will have to design the UI architecture and interaction flow of web/mobile applications to effectively communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors. Candidate will need to independently produce design specifications documents and manage project plans and would be responsible for reviewing user interfaces and prototypes developed by other team members.

Experience:

- Candidate should have minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a User Experience Designer.
- Understanding of User centered design (UCD) processes and usability principles are a must.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- This position would require a good understanding of development technologies for web and mobile applications.
- Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
- Candidate should be able to understand problem and provide solutions.
