We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with 6–8 years of experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable digital experiences. The candidate should have robust knowledge of User-Centered Design, UX principles, usability, information architecture, stakeholder collaboration, and design systems.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in tools such as Figma and should understand frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Experience working with REST APIs and enterprise applications will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Establish consistent and scalable design patterns and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
- Ensure designs are accessible, intuitive, and responsive.
- Work with frontend development teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Understand HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Work with REST API concepts and understand their impact on user experience.
- Maintain design documentation and UX guidelines.
- Conduct design reviews and provide UX recommendations.
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
- Support continuous improvement of existing digital products.
