We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated US/UK Visa Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist individuals and corporate clients in navigating the visa application processes for the United States and the United Kingdom. Your expertise in US and UK visa policies, application procedures, and documentation requirements will be crucial in helping clients secure their visas for various purposes, including travel, work, study, and immigration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on the eligibility and requirements for various US and UK visa categories, including tourist, student, work, and business visas.
- Assist clients with the preparation and submission of their visa applications, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete.
- Provide guidance on the necessary supporting documents, including financial statements, invitation letters, and travel itineraries.
- Review visa applications and related documents to ensure they meet the specific criteria for approval.
- Communicate effectively with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers to follow up on visa processing.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their visa applications, provide updates on any delays, and advise on next steps.
- Assist clients in preparing for visa interviews, including mock interviews and visa interview tips.
- Handle any issues that may arise during the application process, such as delays or rejections,



and offer solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in US and UK visa policies, rules, and regulations.
- Provide expert advice on visa extensions, renewals, and other related services.
- Offer exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working as a US/UK visa consultant or with immigration services.
- In-depth knowledge of US and UK visa processes, regulations, and requirements.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple visa applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during the visa application process.
- Familiarity with the latest visa processing systems, software, and platforms.
- Ability to provide personalized, clear, and accurate advice to clients.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in immigration consultancy, travel agencies, or related fields is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of additional visa requirements for other countries.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Experience working in or with travel agencies or consulates is an advantage.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
