Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sr US Technical Recruiter. The role involves managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical roles. The US Technical Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements, engage with potential candidates, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring




- Experience in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Solid Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of the US talent market and recruitment trends
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Good Knowledge of US visa terms (H1B/GC/Citizens/OPT-EAD/CPT-EAD)
- Good Knowledge of US Tax teams (W2, 1099, C2C)
- Should be an Individual contributor and team player.
- Strong experience in using Job Boards like – Linkedin Recruiter & Dice.
- Sound knowledge on hiring all levels of Technical and Non-Technical candidates.
- Must have experience working with third-party vendors.

Shift Timings: Night Shift (EST) with fixed Saturday and Sunday off
