Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM -4:30 AM IST)

Location: Noida Sector 68 (Onsite)

? Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct account & market research and identify key decision-makers
- Build prospect lists across industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Light Industrial & IT
- Research GPOs and map Private Equity portfolios
- Prepare account briefs, call sheets and outreach sequences
- Support proposal & quote preparation
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure pipeline accuracy
- Track sales pipeline, KPIs and target accounts
- Provide research and sales intelligence to US-based sales teams

? What We’re Looking For:





• Experience in Sales Enablement / Inside Sales / Sales Research / SDR / Bid or Proposal Support

- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical abilities

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar

- B2B / Staffing / GPO / US Commercial Sales exposure is a plus
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Comfortable working in US hours
