Job Title: US Payroll Specialist

Location: JNTU Hyderabad 500085

Minimum Experience: 4 - 7 Years

Role: Full Time

Work Shift: Night Shift (US Eastern Standard timings)

:

- 4+ Years of experience in Timesheet Management and Payroll Processing.
- Excellent in Oral and Written Communication in English preferred.
- Hands on experience in payroll software, ADP Workforce now (preferred) or any other payroll software.
- Experience in Processing regular wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and retroactive pay.
- Resolve pay discrepancies and answer employee or manager questions.
- Timesheet process and employee co-ordination
- Proficient in Quick Books (Desktop or Online).
- Experience in customer invoicing and accounts receivable process.




- Experience in Vendor billing process and accounts Payable.

Nice to Have:

- Employee On boarding process.

- State Tax Law and state tax registrations
- Quarterly and Yearly State withholding tax and unemployment insurance validations

- Experience in Bank Reconciliations.

Education & Background:

- Bachelors in Commerce (B.com)
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) (Preferred)
