We are seeking dynamic, target-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing staffing agency startup in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will execute full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of positions across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

- Agency Client Delivery: Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously for various US clients, ensuring rapid turnaround times (TAT) and high-quality candidate submissions.

- Niche & Corporate Sourcing: Source, identify, and headhunt active and passive talent for all verticals.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, cold calling, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and coordinating final client interviews.

- US Staffing Compliance:



Verify candidate work authorizations (U.S. Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H-1B) and manage placements across W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C)tax terms (training will be provided for freshers).

- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active database of pre-screened US candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.

- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly agency metrics, including submittal-to-interview ratios and placement quotas.

Pay: ₹10,282.82 - ₹42,083.82 per month
