We have opportunities working on Direct Client, MSP/VMS, and high-volume accounts, so there is valuable exposure to different types of US hiring.

For IT recruiters, we’re looking at experience in areas like US IT recruitment, TCS or volume hiring, Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, W2/C2C/1099, and US visa knowledge.

For Life Sciences recruiters, we’re looking for experience across Pharma, Clinical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and Healthcare hiring.

For Non-IT recruiters, the focus is mainly on Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, and related roles — positions like Controls Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Machine Builder, Electrician, Robotics Engineer, Welder, Production Operator, etc.

The positions are based out of Hyderabad and require working from office, with US shifts. For the IT roles, the shift is approximately 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
