We are looking for an experienced US Staffing Process Trainer to join our team.
Location: Delhi/NCR
Travel: Noida & Gurugram
Experience: 5+ years in US Staffing
What we are looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment
- Experience training and mentoring US recruiters
- Good knowledge of US staffing processes
- Robust understanding of sourcing, screening, submissions and interview processes
- Experience with JobDiva and sourcing platforms is preferred
- Ability to conduct classroom training, floor coaching and recruiter assessments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel between Noida and Gurugram
The ideal candidate should be someone who can train recruiters, improve their process knowledge and help drive better productivity and submission quality.
