We are looking for a sharp, driven, and experienced US IT Recruiter / Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team.

Candidates based in Chennai can work from our office, while suitable candidates from other locations may be considered for Remote opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment, particularly in sourcing and closing candidates for Full-Time requirements, and should be comfortable taking ownership of recruitment delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer negotiation, and closures.
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, referrals, Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, and other sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Focus primarily on sourcing US Citizens and Green Card holders for Full-Time opportunities.
- Handle requirements from Implementation Partners, System Integrators, and direct/full-time hiring clients.
- Work closely with Account Managers and delivery teams to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
- Take ownership of assigned requirements and ensure timely candidate submissions and closures.
- Maintain continuous engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform detailed candidate screening covering technical skills, experience, location, compensation, work authorization, and availability.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the ATS/database.
- Support and guide junior recruiters/sourcers when required.




- Consistently work towards submission, interview, and closure targets.

What Were Looking For

- 2–5 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment experience.
- Robust experience recruiting for US technology requirements.
- Experience working with Implementation Partners / System Integrators.
- Good understanding of Full-Time / Permanent hiring in the US market.
- Experience sourcing US Citizens and Green Card candidates.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent candidate screening and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of delivery.
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Comfortable working during US EST / Night Shift hours.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
