We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified IT professionals for clients across the United States. The recruiter should have robust knowledge of US staffing processes, IT technologies, tax terms, and employment types.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and referrals.

- Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.

- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Negotiate compensation rates and finalize offers.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports in ATS/CRM systems.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

- Understand and work with various employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

- Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment policies.

- Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1-5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical skill sets.

- Knowledge of US visa classifications such as H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, and EAD.

- Familiarity with tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, or MSP/VMS requirements.

- Proven track record of successful placements in the US market.

- Experience using ATS tools and recruitment CRM platforms.

Shift Details

- Work Mode: Onsite

- Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST

- Working Days: Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹10,188.40 - ₹20,000.00 per month
