Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and motivated US IT & Non-IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US staffing/recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source, screen, and close qualified candidates for various IT and Non-IT positions across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT and/or Non-IT requirements.
- Understand client job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess suitability for open positions.
- Present qualified candidates to clients/account managers.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/database.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate compensation and assist with offer closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.




- Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- 2–8 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for US IT and/or Non-IT positions.
- Good understanding of the US recruitment process.
- Knowledge of US work authorization types such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively during US night shifts.
- Strong negotiation and candidate-closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience working with US staffing clients or staffing agencies.
- Strong understanding of US hiring trends and recruitment practices.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
