Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and energetic Technical Recruiter to support the US Recruitment process. The candidate should be self-motivated,



work with a purpose and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to collaborate with key people across the company.

The ideal candidate will have strong social and leadership skills experienced negotiating strategies and excellent organizational abilities. He/she should be familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

- Research for candidates through internal database, online job/resume boards and referrals
- Call candidates and qualify / screen / interview them for client positions
- Coordinate client interviews
- Revise candidate resumes to highlight their experience
- Build relationships with candidates

Requirements
- Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex technical requirements.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
- Commitment towards work and eager to learn business
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
