About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT professionals (Software Engineers, Developers, QA, BA, Data Engineers, etc.

- Screen candidates on technical skills, and availability

- Understand job requirements, tech stacks, and client specifications

- Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and close candidate

- Manage submissions, interviews, and offer processes

- Work with vendors and applicants

- Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal database

Required Qualifications

- 2-3 years of proven IT staffing/recruiting experience

- Solid understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and frameworks

- Familiarity with rate negotiations and markups

- Experience with job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter

- Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Experience working night shifts preferred

Preferred Qualification

- Experience with VMS platform

- Experience with high-volume IT recruitment
