Role Description The US Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving enrollments for Codeyoung’s coding programs targeted at students in the United States. This position involves engaging with prospective families through calls, emails, and online meetings, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting course offerings and benefits. The specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and closing admissions, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM.





Day-to-day tasks also include providing high-quality customer service, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and sharing feedback to improve sales processes and offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with parents and learners across time zones.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to handle lead conversion, admissions targets, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to clearly explain program features, learning outcomes, and usage of online platforms.
- Relevant experience in EdTech, international sales, or working with US-based customers is beneficial.
- Ability to work evening or night shifts to align with US time zones, along with strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM tools, is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
