We are looking for a passionate, technically strong and self-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team.

? Location: India – Remote

? Shift: US Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

? Experience: 2+ years of US IT Recruitment

? Requirements

✅ Solid hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment & Technical Recruiting

✅ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related technical field

✅ Ability to understand and analyze technical IT requirements independently

✅ Excellent English communication – written & verbal

✅ Strong LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, Boolean & X-Ray search skills

✅ Ability to source and engage direct/passive candidates , rather than depending heavily on C2C vendors

✅ Strong technical screening and candidate evaluation skills

✅ Good knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, C2H & US work authorization

✅ Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively under pressure

✅ Strong follow-up, candidate engagement and submission skills

This role requires ownership, urgency, consistency and accountability . We are looking for recruiters who proactively work their requirements, learn new technologies, headhunt candidates, follow up consistently and take pride in delivering quality submissions .

⚠️ Vendor dependency is not what we're looking for. Strong direct sourcing and LinkedIn headhunting capabilities are essential.
