Role & responsibilities

We are looking for professionals with 24 years of experience in US BGV / Background Verification or US Recruitment to join our team in Chennai. Candidates with relevant experience in either US BGV or US Recruitment processes can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle US Background Verification processes as per client requirements.
- Candidates with experience in US IT/US Recruitment processes are also eligible.
- Verify and validate candidate information and required documents.
- Coordinate with candidates, clients, and verification vendors when required.
- Maintain accuracy and ensure timely completion of assigned processes.
- Handle discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.




- Maintain proper documentation and update candidate/process status in the system.
- Follow company policies, client requirements, and data privacy guidelines.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in US BGV or US Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US recruitment or background verification processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work within defined TAT.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Candidates willing to work onsite in Chennai are required.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
