We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead finance operations for US clients. The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to R2R (60%) and P2P/AP (40%) processes, experience managing multiple client engagements, driving transformation initiatives, and leading teams in a BPO, Accounting Outsourcing, CPA Support, or Client Accounting Services (CAS) environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end AP/P2P operations for US-based clients.
- Oversee R2R activities including GL, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting support.
- Manage multiple client accounts and act as a key client-facing stakeholder.
- Drive finance transformation, process improvement, migration, and automation initiatives.
- Ensure SLA adherence, quality, compliance, and operational excellence.




- Lead and develop high-performing teams.

- 10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience

- Strong US Accounting experience

- R2R experience (approximately 60%)
