About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, SQL, JavaScript, and React.js and a passion for developing high-quality, scalable web applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Application Development

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and React.js.
- Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code following established coding standards.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Translate business requirements and technical specifications into functional software solutions.
- Develop new features and enhancements for existing applications.

Backend Development

- Develop robust backend applications and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Implement business logic, validation, authentication, authorization, and application services.
- Work with object-oriented programming concepts and follow appropriate design principles.
- Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and external APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance and functionality issues.

Frontend Development

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Create reusable React components and maintain clean frontend architecture.
- Integrate React applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Handle application state, user interactions, form validation, and API responses.
- Identify and resolve frontend bugs and usability issues.

Database Development

- Design and work with relational databases using SQL.
- Write,



optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, joins, and database operations.
- Perform basic database design and data modeling as required.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and efficient database access.
- Analyze and resolve database-related application issues.

Testing and Debugging

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing of developed features.
- Debug application issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Investigate production and development issues and implement appropriate fixes.
- Work closely with QA teams to resolve defects and improve application quality.

Deployment and Maintenance

- Assist with application deployment and configuration across development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor applications and troubleshoot issues after deployment.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications based on business requirements.
- Participate in application performance improvement and optimization activities.

Collaboration

- Work closely with senior developers, technical leads, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development practices where applicable.
- Maintain technical documentation and development-related information.
- Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, tools, and development practices.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong foundation in C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Good understanding of .NET Core / modern .NET.
- Knowledge of ASP.NET Core and Web API development.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and HTTP concepts.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Knowledge of React.js and component-based frontend development.




- Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Understanding of frontend-backend integration.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and version control.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Entity Framework Core (EF Core).
- Familiarity with LINQ.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Understanding of ASP.NET Core Dependency Injection.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts such as JWT/OAuth.
- Familiarity with Azure or another cloud platform.
- Basic knowledge of Docker/containerization.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
- Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Experience working with third-party APIs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 02 years of experience in software development/full-stack development.
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA/BCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Candidates with internship or academic project experience in .NET and React.js are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals and data structures.
- Ability to write clean and maintainable code.
