Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Application Tester with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing Oracle applications such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Oracle HCM, Oracle ERP, or SCM modules. The candidate will be responsible for functional, regression, integration, and automation testing while ensuring high-quality application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Oracle Applications.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca (Mandatory).
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Oracle business processes and workflows across multiple modules.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Functional Consultants to understand requirements.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Develop test plans, test strategies, and test execution reports.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
- Support UAT activities and production validation testing.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, best practices, and quality processes.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation Tool.




- Experience testing Oracle Applications (Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle ERP / HCM / SCM).
- Expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, and Test Reporting.
- Experience with API and Integration Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in regression and end-to-end automation frameworks using Tosca.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Positive SQL knowledge for backend validation.

Preferred Skills

- Tosca Automation Certification.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations or upgrades.
- Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise applications.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar test management tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience in Oracle Application Testing and Test Automation.

Must-Have Screening Criteria

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca.
- Experience in testing Oracle ERP/Fusion/EBS applications.
- Strong automation testing background with end-to-end testing exposure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
